Hey Y’all I’m currently close to finishing up on my bachelor degree in psychology and one of my graduation requirements is to conduct my own research study. I’m conducting my research study on job satisfaction inspired by this community. Anyway I’m analyzing two factors if work-life balance contributes to job high satisfaction or if it the amounts a person makes? I’m in the beginning stages of my research but I would love to hear other factors that would makes a person take pride in their work and what is more important work-life balance or the amount you make.
