What would you change about this resumé (no private info)

I removed any info that could potentially ID anyone (company, university and city names), except for a remote NYC university certification I got. Anyways, all the skills and experiences there are real. I'm sending this over to customer service positions over LinkedIn and would like some feedback. Thanks ​ ​ page 1 ​ page 2
