What would you do if you had a boss who didn’t want to work (pays himself $15 more than me to just sit there, does 0 marketing if I don’t do it first) but then tantrums at your skill level and tries to compete AND doubts you when you shine? How do you explain this?

Of course someone that powerful could make her look guilty just for criticizing him. It's unbelievably immature and pathetic. So that's the context for the level of immaturity and narcissism that pervades Washington state for context.
