What would you do? Stay or leave for old job?

I currently work at a YMCA, while I do love my job, the customers make my day (shocking I know) I'm having a lot of issues with inconsistencies regarding rules around vacation time, my manager being hands off, my facility manager not seeming to care and me not even being able to get a second job without loosing my full-time even though I'd be working literally 7 days a week. I left my old job as a baker due to an injury, baking is a huge passion for me and I even considered going away to school for culinary while working there. The only issue I had was with one guy who was on a power trip, he made everyone's life hell and 4 people who've been there since the stores opening left due to him. I currently work with a co-op student here at the Y and we worked together in the past at the bakery, I'm going to ask her what shifts my old boss is looking to fill and then I'll go from there to see if she's still interested in me being there.

Both pay the same, both have the same hours(a little more at bakery), both have benefits and I enjoy both jobs, what would you do?
