The first red flag of mine that comes to mind was when I was interviewing for a local company and I went in for a “meet and greet”, and one of the employees referenced a room they nicknamed the “Rape room”. Different one was a job offered me $13/hr to run lab tests on cannabis and couldn't offer any more, but I would get 20% of pizzas at the pizza place next door. Oh also no benefits until I worked there for a year and then I would get a stipend for benefits.
