we just had our annual comp increase, and i received a 2.57% raise, which is pretty much not going to make a difference in my life at all. is this a pretty average percentage for an annual increase? i don’t really have anything to compare it to as this is basically my first full time job. also please let me know if there’s a better sub to post this. i wasn’t sure where else to post.
