2 weeks ago my best friend died on my couch and I didnt take and time off to really deal with it.
Yesterday when I mentioned my apprehension to working Saturday (for free as Im salary) I was told to save my comment and I need to do what best for the company.
I have already been actively searching for a new job for year without success.
I think I need to just quit and deal with the consequences
