What’s better: Part time or Casual??

Got a job offer today, looked at the contract and saw that it was part-time offering minimum 10 hours a week. Probation 6 months. During my trial the boss said they’d be hiring me casual so i was a bit stumped and confused. Casual I wouldn’t get guaranteed hours, but part time it’s only a minimum of 10. So for part time annual leave, would i only be given $180 a week for that leave? it’s all so confusing. I’m in Queensland Australia btw.
