Women of Reddit – I'd like to hear just how bad it is. Especially if you work in Tech. I'm especially interested in systematic discrimination – how hard was it to maintain your interest in tech, and when did you first notice that it wasn't normal?

Full disclosure – 53 yo educated white cis male. My career has seen plenty of unfair treatment, but at least I didn't have extra barriers to hurdle.

My focus here is gender, but racism is equally stupid and systematic. As much as I'd like to hear that discussed, please feel free to repeat this exercise with that as the topic. One cesspool at a time…
