Is it the fact you have to do a lot of cold calling? Maybe if you go a route where you apply for 100 jobs before you get 2 call backs? Maybe the stupid rigamarole of filling the same information you have on your resume that everyone says you have to have onto their application? Having to have 3-5 references willing to say something good about you? Seems like that and more annoys me. Why the heck did we all go away from hey your uncle owns some business so you’ll work for him for a while.
