I have made it, money wise. Nothing amazing, but I slaved away in IT to finally save some money to enjoy it. But here's the kicker. I have 10 days of vacation a year, and 4 holiday days. If I go on a 10 day adventure (not even that long), I now have…one time a year I can see family. That's it. So I can afford a house , a car, eating out, but…I can't do the stuff that matters. I can't see friends , family I can see one time a year, and we grow distant. We built this hell
