I’ve been in the position a warehouse with 5, now 4 employees, 1 supervisor and 1 manager) for a month and in that time one of their previous full time employees seriously threatened me and I pursued action to have them terminated. Since then management and supervisor has been stressed due to lack of worker and taking it out on the new staff (me) and everyone else to a lesser extent. They’ve all around been rude and disrespectful and I wanna sting them. I’ve already landed a much better job and was just curious and to what the worst thing they could pursue could possibly be.
