The most I'm seeing is “employees feel isolated and have no effective way of communicating because of hybrid and remote work”
Am I ridiculous for thinking that the technology we use to work remotely work is LITERALLY how we communicate? Most of the sites I've seen are corporate friendly-ish, so the nonsense they're posting ignore the fact that companies don't want cooperation; only the culling of the herd to minimize expense and maximize profits. As a human/ cultural/ individualistic component, companies have been historically unable to foster comraderie in a manner that befits the whole, so what's so hard to understand about the nature of this cutesy dumbassery?
What are your thoughts?
