what’s worse, working at a factory or storage in a grocery store?

I'm thinking cuz I got a job in the back of a grocery store, storage and stuff, work from 6:30-15:30 and yknow lots of boxes and carrying it up and down etc. But can a factory be better, from all aspects (physical, mental, financial)?
