When are fair compensations for people who can’t WFH due to the nature of their job start making a premium?

some jobs just can't do WFH and you need to be there, the extra time it takes on a daily basis in terms of commute time, gas, vehicle maintenance, parking, etc.. it all adds up and falls pale in comparison to people who get to largely save on all of that with cushy WFH or hybrid jobs. I'm all for WFH.. but the people who can't, deserve some premiums.. having to wake up extra early, walk outside in -40c weather to scrape ice off a vehicle then come back inside with tears in your eyes because the cold cuts like knives to the face (which btw sets the tone for the day and is an amazing way to wake up /s), then driving on icy dangerous roads to get to work.. its just a lot. I tend to see a lot of vocal fight for WFH, but i don't really…
