Long story shorter
I've been in recruiting hell
Is a 6 round process to get a job about 2,000 miles away from me
The recruiters are all over the world which I've dealt with many times but here's my huge problem.
The whole process has taken well over 60 days
They set the final interview two weeks ago for today. The email was in mountain time so I promptly replied all trying to confirm what time I needed to be logged in because I've only ever lived in central time. No one ever responded to my email but I did speak to a recruiter this Tuesday who asked me to login at 8am central time.
So I'm all logged in only for a recruiter to login and say well we mean 10am your time please login then. Then he asked if I responded to the email to ask and if I verbally ask which I did. He then asked that I email him going forward and that I should have emailed him. I never knew him till I got an email late last night saying we're excited to meet you.
I know I'll be asked by the panel how my recruiting experience has been and I really need help on how to say professionally they've been extremely disrespectful of my time and as a company I view them as unorganized with a lack of good communication. Anyone have any tips?
