Humanity of the federation doesn't work for money or greed or hoarding of wealth and resources.. everyone works just to make tomorrow better. They do things that need done. Maybe not the right group for this maybe it is.. but other than 1 character on the next generation series, nobody on ST hates their job even as a character. On a more relatable note I'd rather work 4 10s than 5 8s or if capitalism ever decided to let off the gas a little – 3 12s
