i'm going to be moving in around six months and i don't know when to tell my boss. it's not her or the company's fault – it's a decent work environment with a small staff, and i don't want to fuck anyone over, but i also don't want to tell them too early and make things weird. i know it's going to be weird to an extent because like i said, small staff, labor shortage, i've only been there for around a year and in that time they've made a lot of allowances for me. but it's just not working out for me, so i'm leaving.
