When they offer tuition reimbursement but don’t work around classes.

I’ve worked at my Job for a full year in healthcare, they promise full tuition reimbursement, I am due to start classes in May, my supervisor just told me that I cannot lower my FTE as it was promised because they need people on weekdays, I can’t handle waking up for work at 4:25AM, getting ready, driving 45 minutes, starting at 6:00 working 8.5 hours, getting off at 2:30 to then have classes start 2 hours later without enough time to drive home between, where I will then be there until 8:30, then drive home and get there at 9:15, to then have to take care of everything, not be in bed until 10:30 at least, and then go to bed to wake up at 4:25 and repeat. If I quit I lose the tuition reimbursement, if I withdraw I’ve already lost all the out of pocket expenses I’ve paid,…
