Hi! I just started a job, but they're pretty messy in paying by law standards. Over here, if you're a on-call worker and your boss cancels a shift within 4 days of your shift (sometimes 1 day), they have to pay you the hours anyway. My boss says he doesn't know anything about this and won't pay me. All of our contact goes through Whatsapp. Is it better to switch to email? Or will Whatsapp scree shots work just fine when others get involved?
