Don't you just love it when higher ups (who are on vacation half the time) swap your good experienced manager for someone who, doesn't know anything about the department, so they just crack down on company policy and cut the fat as much as possible to make it look like they know what they're doing? I wonder how they're holding up with half their workers gone now lol. My new job pays almost double too and the workload is better so I'm doing great.
