When your employer causes stress, MH issues and fatigue…they expect you somehow to fix it lol

Currently going through lots of uncertainties and changes with work at a team level and organisation level and yet rather than try and be understanding, supporting of their staff they put the blame onto you and try to make you feel responsible for causing the fatigue….smh
