Teachers. The kids they teach often bring illness to the classroom, exposing fellow students and teachers.
Teachers get sick from those exposures, burn all of their PTO days, and then get penalized with a reduced paycheck after their PTO is gone.
My spouse has been teaching for more than 20 years, and this year because of the flu, stomach bugs, respiratory illnesses, and more, she's out of PTO.
