Learning that there are no benefits and having to work all major holidays during weekdays threw me off, as all of my previous office jobs have provided time off during major holidays. During the interview, they emphasized that I would be working on critical projects and would have the chance to gain extensive knowledge. In comparison, the full-time job has fewer responsibilities than my current job.
