The company I work for owes me 43 hours of pay. They messed up and only paid me 8 out of 51 hours. They refuse to give me a check until next pay period and they say that I will receive one lump check. I don’t want to be taxed on 120+ hours. And I feel robbed. They should just cut me a check but im getting no where. I’ve spoken with HR and they’re the ones who are refusing to pay me. What do I do?
