I have been at my job for almost two years. Recently the manager took a leave of absence and will be back today. This manager loves to be hands-off but is going to micromanage everything and hates her job and makes everyone feel that way. I am dreading today and so badly want to quit. I've been looking for months now and haven't found anything. Even with that said I want to put my notice in but im scared to do so.
