Who of you has the pleasure of having a couple as your boss(es)?

I work at a veeeeeery small company and every interaction with them feels like an interrogation. Also our workspace is 1 big shared room, so you constantly get comments from one of them and the other one joins in, so it always feels like 2 against 1 and no matter what, they always share the same opinion. On the other hand you experience every little tension between them and their childish, passive aggressive way of fighting. It makes me sick.
