I really don't understand how new graduates work experience if no company wants to hire them. Basically all companies ask for 2-4 years of work experience for entry level jobs knowing fully well that new graduates don't qualify due to lack of work experience. Many people ask the freshers to get any kind of job. But, almost all companies want experience in the relevant field. So, getting any kind of work experience won't help a great deal. In my opinion, companies are actually looking for mid-level professionals that are willing to accept entry level wage.
