Looking for work… any job that's advertised is either 1) some shit job like mcdonalds offering minimum wage (~15-17$/hr) 2) some senior job (senior dev… team leader that needs 10 years experience in the role and pays $100k-150k Where are all the “middle” jobs? I feel like all those middle jobs are taken behind the scenes through nepotism. can anyone help shine light on this? In Canada, have an undergrad in engineering and a masters in science FWIW
