Why do I keep going in?

Tonight we had a mix up in the drive through, so I asked my window kid, a teenager, to ask the customer what they had, while I continued to bag the orders on my screen. I noticed my headset girl, another teenager, at the window when I placed the next order on the ready table and sighed. It was going to be one of those situations. A middle aged man was yelling at two teenagers, all because they asked him if he had places two orders (a multi-order). He kept yelling what he had, how stupid we were, this that and the other thing. Like dude, chill, there was a glitch… I gave him his order, but he refused to leave without an apology. I told him frankly, I did nothing wrong, and that his attitude towards two high schoolers was pretty appalling, so no, he wouldn't get one from…

I gave him his order, but he refused to leave without an apology. I told him frankly, I did nothing wrong, and that his attitude towards two high schoolers was pretty appalling, so no, he wouldn't get one from me. So he put his car in park and folded his arms across his chest.

“I'm not leaving without an apology.”

For real dude? I called the cops. They made him leave.
