On MULTIPLE occasions, here in the Chicago area, I have gone to, had, interviews, where, I later found out that management decided they were not gonna hire afterwards… What?! Like, I wasted my time on this bs? Just today, on International Women's Day, I got a message from an interviewer saying oops, we don't actually need anyone. Bye!!
Like, really? I want a job. I want to be respected. I don't want to Conanconstantly have my point proven that dumb ideas lead to wasteful consequences. That, after all the times I called out a supervisor, telling them not to do something, they get in trouble with their bosses for doing it anyways and end up making my job harder… I want things done right the first time. That, if I found an easier way to do it, it's because I had to do the hard mental math while simultaneously doing my job so that I didn't have to work hard later.
I want a job in Chicago. Preferably office work. I work hard. I don't play. I'll learn just as fast, if not faster, to get the job done quickly and get it done right the first time. I don't have an associates because I haven't money to finish. But, I'm 2 classes away from one. Anyone know of a job willing to hire for survivable wages- on a hard worker?
Thank you for reading my rant.
