Sent my resume to an employer on indeed, set up a time to talk. 20 mins go by, wrapping up and it sounds like I have a good shot. She then ends with “send an application on our website, and we'll see if we can set up an interview.”
So the entire indeed process, and those extra questions you put on, were pointless and I've wasted my time. I can't even turn the job down on principle because of my situation. I'm not applying for positions that even usually have multiple interviews, I'm applying for no college jobs and they're doing this shit. For what purpose?
