It’s beyond frustrating when people like my boss say: “Nobody wants to work no more!!!” but then when it comes to him doing the job he is lazy AF & we have to pick up after all of his mistakes or better yet, lack of action itself.
And since he’s the owner he gets a free pass on having any sort of accountability & be free of responsibilities yet he gets to dictate what comes and goes and is able to make me feel like shit with no repercussion?
It’s almost as if being manager or the owner in this society gives you the status of “untouchable god” & it’s so frustrating when nobody sees a problem with this!
Man, fuck this job, thank god I start my new job next Monday!
