I work at a public school. So many of the people work above and beyond contract hours, spend so much on their classrooms. Given grief for being out sick despite flus, rsv, covid raging through the hallways. No support from administration. Yet no one says anything and kisses up to those in power. Why? Especially during a labor and teacher shortage????
