It's ridiculous how I've completed a Bachelor's and yet every job listing I look at still requires additional certifications prior to even being considered. And it isn't just general certifications, either. No, instead they expect you to already have the 18-month certification for ultra-niche profession and will blow you off if you don't have it. This shit is getting so irritating to see that nothing pays even remotely reasonable without additional certifications that are going to take me another 2 years on top of my degree. Drives me insane
