It seems to me that everyone here thinks HR is the god of working life. They are the answer to every complaint and issue. Do you guys forget they work for the company not the employee? HR isn’t some magical entity that can solve every issue even when it seems like it would be something they could handle. HR isn’t the answer. Trust me. They would sooner help the company get rid of trouble employees in a way that will cost the company the least. Please quit trusting HR so much. They are another cog in the wheel house and they are put into place seemingly to give employees a false sense that someone is on their side. (If you’ve had a different experience with them that’s great. You had someone that respected employees not the employer but that’s not status quo)
