Why don’t people reveal the name of the company in their posts?

I see so many people posting their reason for unreasonably firing or mistreatments but very rarely they post their company info? I would understand that on platforms like linkedin – where you are not anonymous- not revealing (at least not directly) makes some sense – but here on reddit – baffles me How is it different from glassdoor reviews
