Hi serious question here. I get all the stuff about being in a bad position when working for someone else. All the benefits go to upper management while you get crumbs. Why don't you guys switch to being self employed? Like I'm on my way towards it but. It sounds like the only reasonable thing to do. If everybody whole do it we could change the hiring landscape by making our own prices / benefits and rules. Maybe I just look at it too simple.
