So it's okay for bosses to slander you, blacklist you and ruin your reputation and make claims about you without proof. If you do the same then you could be sued or put yourself deeper into a hole. Yeah you could get legal with it but let's be honest, all that shit like “whistleblower act” and filing a complaint won't do anything. It's all put there because it “has” to be there. They don't actually care. So I can be anxious and depressed about being slandered and having my named ruin but I can't defend myself without getting into trouble? I want to blast this place for ruining my mental health and physical health. Oh, but I don't have proof about what they did so it'll only make it worse for me.
But they can ruin me without proof that I did something bad? So fucking unfair and I'm at my breaking point with this experience.
