I run a business that has been doing well lately. Since I was able to hire an assistant I noticed I have way more free time. I've been looking for a part-time position that doesn't have me sitting in front of a computer or tech related. So many employers are asking for full-time availability but only offering part-time hours with no hard guarantee how many hours I will get per week. My business is still my priority so I'm not going to put my life on-hold to work on an as needed basis. I just want a predictable part-time schedule.
