I am seeing a failure to point out the elephant in the room – capitalism. Giving excessive power to companies to run affairs as they wish. Companies want to dictate what their employees can or cannot do even IN THEIR FREE TIME – nO mOoNlIgHtInG !!! But when it's time for companies to play their end of the bargain, they fire thousand of workers – some working for the same company for 20 or 30 years, some on their maternity leaves, some having just relocated to a foreign country – it just doesn't matter to companies! Its capitalism that has allowed companies to exploit employees like parasites
What will it take for workers to realize capitalism is the root cause of this problem?
