Why are there alot of companies struggling to find and maintain workers 2 years after a pandemic shutdown even though pandemic emergency unemployment ran out?
I keep running into owners of different businesses like restaurants and retail complaining about nobody wanting to work and how they have to spend more time working at their business due to understaffing.
Another question I have is, how are alot of these people who left these jobs making money and surviving now? It took a pandemic for people to come up with creative ideas to make money,???
