She gets 120 hours PTO per year (only used 100 last year, rolled 20 hours over). She took one day off last month, and was going to leave 2 hours early today due to us both having a virus. She’s been up all night coughing, I know she feels terrible. She can’t hardly talk.
What is wrong with employers? Do they really not understand PTO is time WE EARN from working? Dude I am so sick of it. She’s got an interview for another job soon. If it wasn’t for that, I’d tell her to put her notice in today. Her boss is so stupid. I swear the lady has no brain. I literally hate the work culture we have here.
