So I had covid recently/possibly still dealing with it. I went to the urgent care 12/31/22 and it was confirmed. Just found out yesterday I had 80 hours of paid time off for covid even though I worked through being sick. Had to research and find that info on my own. That said I edited via pdf the visit notes just changing the day to say I visited 1/9/22 instead of 12/21/22. Didn't change anything else. Will my employer call the urgent care to confirm my note? How often does that happen and what's the worst case scenario if i get caught?? I would submit the document from when I did visit on 12/31 but am scared they'll deny since it's been over 10 days(though again, I still feel sick and worked through sickness b/c I didn't know I could take time). Thank you and if this doesn't fit the sub please delete/sorry. It is antiwork in the sense of that's a lot of pay that I want to use for its intended purpose but it was almost hidden.
