Withholding paycheck because I was late

There’s got to be some law against this, right? Technically it’s not payday (it’s still 4 days away), but my other coworkers got their paycheck today because they were timely, whereas one coworker and I were late. Can the others be paid before us just because they were early, even though we all work in the same department? I live in Washington state
