Witnessing discrimination at work but I can’t really do anything because I am not the one discriminated against

So my boss is very sexist against men (fired our one male employee as soon as she got the power to, throws away job applications from men, ect) and ableist (wrote people up for using their earned sick days to deal with their health conditions despite having a doctor's note, remoing chairs from the workplace despite having workers who need them and use canes, got mad at a Hard of hearding (deaf on one side) employee for saying they couldn't use an earpiece and hear patrons at the same time, ect). Unfortunately, because I am not male or disabled I have no way to report my boss for this because the only place that will hear these type of complaints is the eeoc, but I personally don't have a case. I do have some incidents of time/wage theft, I have experienced workplace harassment for being lgbt and not wanting kids…

I do have some incidents of time/wage theft, I have experienced workplace harassment for being lgbt and not wanting kids (coworkers have regularly “joked” that I “don't know what I want to do with my body yet”), had a coworker raise their hand to hit me only for my boss to say it didn't happen and tell me not to report it, my boss has forced me to sign for the drawer when I didn't count it (literally stood right over me and wouldn't let me move from my corner of the desk until I signed that it had the amount she said), and told us in writing not to speak to the police serving a search warrant until we spoke to her first. I am thinking of reporting these incidents to the labor board, but should I include the discrimination I have observed in my report or not? I feel like it is the right thing to do, reporting everything I have seen, but I worry people won't take the issues I have observed seriously/this is the wrong place to report it to.
