As the title says,
Is it legal for a kitchen manager to take all of our tips for the week as kitchen staff (about $300), deposit it into his own personal accounts, and then “use it to treat staff” with gifts.
I assume none of this money is being accurately recorded, and the small business owner is completely in his power to gift out of his own pocket, but the manager and owner are pretty “in kahoots” so I'm fairly frustrated that OUR money is being taken off the book and spent without our concent
