I work at a hotel. We get 2 breaks during our 9hour shift. One 15min and the other is 30min lunch we have to punch out for if we want to take it. My manager recently got my two coworkers in trouble for eating an apple in the break room on her 15min break. Not only is she allowed to do what she wants to do in those 15 minutes but she has stomach issues that management knows about and she needed to eat. My manager says if she wants to eat she can punch out for her 30min lunch….Isn't she wrong for this?
