knocked my tooth out @ work on April 20th while working, i opened a door and it slammed my face. I got let go at the end of my probationary period on may 11th and no word from my supervisor or HR about my tooth they didn’t make me fill out a incident report either. but i got a worker’s compensation card in the mail for buying prescriptions? i had to pay 327$ today for my x-rays & they want 7,000$ for implants what do i do??? my job was unionized too.
