I received an incredible email from my employer today.
Not only are they covering the cost of reproductive services such as abortion, but they are covering transportation, meals, accommodation, child care assistance, and may provide additional PTO separate from what we already accrue.
This is for associates and their immediate family members.
This last week has been so emotional for me as a woman of reproductive age. I actually had tears in my eyes while reading it. I’m so happy to be employed with them.
